We had a great conference in 2011! Over 280 attendees were at STL UX 2011 on February 25, 2011 at the new Edward Jones campus in Des Peres, MO, Manchester & 270.  STLUX on twitter!  @STL_UX and join the STLUX Facebook Page! We use Eventbrite for registration.

STLUX is a unique opportunity to connect with a fascinating group of User Experience Designers, Usability Specialists, Information Architects, Visual and Graphic Designers, Web Developers, Copywriters, Academics, and Business Owners.

The Keynote Speaker was Dave Gray! Dave shared his vision for Gamestorming and how he uses games to solve business process issues. He share his game, Empathy Map which businesses have used to solve a myriad of issues, including sales, customer service and other business process roadblocks. Dave is the Founder and Chairman of XPLANE, the visual thinking company. Founded in 1993, XPLANE has grown to be the world’s leading consulting and design firm focused on information-driven communications. Dave’s time is spent researching and writing on visual business, as well as speaking, coaching and delivering workshops to educators, corporate clients and the public. The presentations were wonderful, food was great, there were great giveaways and vendor tables. Thanks to Missouri School of Science and Technology LITE Lab for sponsoring the Eyetracking Lab. Everyone had fun socializing at the Reception with great food and the More Cowbell band.
